They say an apple a day keeps the doctor away! 🍎🍏

Well our Well Being Wednesday recipe for our  Warm Spicy Apple Drink is bound to keep the doctor away with the colder months fast approaching! πŸ˜πŸ€πŸ

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium apples
  • 2 medium carrots
  • Β½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • Β½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Β½ tsp ground ginger

Method:

  • Use your juicer to juice the apples and carrots

(or use 200ml apple juice and 200ml carrot juice)

  • Heat the juice in a pot.
  • Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat.
  • Add the spices and stir well.
  • Allow to simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy! πŸ˜πŸ€
