Well our Well Being Wednesday recipe for our Warm Spicy Apple Drink is bound to keep the doctor away with the colder months fast approaching! 😁🍀🍏
- 3 medium apples
- 2 medium carrots
- ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- Use your juicer to juice the apples and carrots
(or use 200ml apple juice and 200ml carrot juice)
- Heat the juice in a pot.
- Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat.
- Add the spices and stir well.
- Allow to simmer for 2 minutes.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy! 😁🍀
